We will be exploring your unconscious mind to uncover the parts of yourself that you repress and hide from yourself.

This can include trauma or parts of your personality that you subconsciously consider undesirable. We will be travelling into ourselves to find the lost child left behind and begin the healing process. 

You are welcome to bring a antigravity chair or yoga mat. Dress comfortably.
