Level 1 - Classes are given on 3 separate evenings in July

July 11th - we will learn the history and lineage of Usui Japanese Reiki. What is Reiki. Learn the 5 principles of Reiki and the 3 Pillars of Reiki. Guided Meditation.

July 18th - we will learn self Reiki, Chakra discussion, guided visualization, Attunement to reiki.

July 25th - we will learn the Gassho and Kenyoko, prayer and intention, spend time practicing Reiki. Certificate given.
