Feel free to dress comfortably you don’t want anything tight or restricting. We will be practicing with each other. Topics such as choosing your pendulum, cleaning and grounding, learning to listen to your pendulum and pinpointing areas needing attention will be explored. Then we will begin the healing segment of class.
If you have a pendulum that you like to work with please bring it with you otherwise, there will be a pendulum there for you to use. Recommended not to eat a large meal at least two hours prior to a healing session and drink plenty of water.
