Leslee will do mini readings on each of you to identify what the core issue is that may be keeping you stuck in your life. We will do a meditation on letting go of fear based emotions. We will also do some vibrational healing with the crystal pyramid or crystal bowl.

Learn some practical coaching tips on some simple movements from a chair to release grief and anger. These tools you can take home and use everyday.
While it is not required, coming to this class for the four weeks continually will support clearing your energy and create a habit for you to continue at home daily to purge what no longer serves you.
