You will leave with your very own personal Soul Painting and Chakra chart!
This Soul Painting workshop will teach you how to read the energy of others and transform what you see or perceive into a beautiful portrait! We will be using the Chakra system as a guide for the color system and foundation for interpretation.
The class begins with a short but insightful and motivating lecture on what Soul Painting is, how it works, and how you are able to do this even if all you can do is draw a stick figure!
Then everyone pairs up, grabs their materials, cops a squat or grabs a chair, and away we go! I will start the session off with a short grounding meditation to help get us in the right frame of mind, then you’ll have approximately 20-25 min to paint/draw using your partner as your muse! When you are done, you will interpret and explain what you drew to your partner! Don’t worry, this is part of the fun, it’s all based in your intuition!
The time left in class will be used to discuss what you perceived, it’s interpretation, and any other questions you might have about the process.
