The Food for Life Kickstart classes are designed to help you learn to achieve a whole new level of health and energy. You’ll learn how to give your body optimal fuel -- Try tasty and easy to prepare plant-based recipes that will fill you up, not make you fill out.

Attend just 5 weekly Food for Life cooking and nutrition classes and you can learn the basics of how to lose weight and keep it off without counting calories, lower cholesterol level, manage, or even reverse, type-2 diabetes, reduce arthritis inflammation, and more.
