All topics, issues and interests pertaining to women of all ages will be up for discussion. No topic will be off limits. If it's an issue in a life then it is worth addressing. We will dive deep, we will learn, we will grow!

This is a NO SHAME zone! Some of the topics that are up for discussion are: Fear, Anger, Blame, Addictions, Abuse, Grief....Self Respect, Joy, Responsibility, Love, Independence, Wants, Power...

We will use different support methods, handouts, video, book lists, meditation, one on one activities, group discussions, etc...

Women who attend must be committed to personal growth and support. We will meet 2 times a month and we ask for your commitment of the two months for continuity of the group. Therefore first payment will be $100.00

This group will be held only if we reach a 10 woman goal, and will be limited to only 10 women on a first come basis.
