When balanced: Feeling empowered, Authenticity, Integrity, Empathy, Ambition, Clear decision making.

Chakra 4: Heart Chakra.

When out of balance: Extended sadness and grief, "Broken Heart", Over attachment and possessiveness to another.

When balanced: Love and respect for another and for self. Loving and Kind, Forgiveness, Mutual Appreciation.Our focus for November is the first and second Chakra: The Root and the Creation Center.

We will explore and begin to heal these energy centers.
