Our focus for November is the first and second Chakra: The Root and the Creation Center.

We will explore and begin to heal these energy centers.

When the first Chakra is out of balance you experience, fear, insecurity, material and financial worries. When brought into balance, you can welcome sexual healing, grounding, a sense of peace and security.

When the second Chakra is out of balance, you experience power struggles, poor boundaries, lack of self-expression and resistance to change.

When brought into balance, you can welcome creativity, pleasure, healthy relationships, joy for life.

We will use Soul Retrieval and Energy Mastery processes.
