Meditation is the art of focused intention. All levels of experience are welcome. Direction will be provided, as needed.
There will be time to discus your questions, and share your experiences after we meditate.
Our meetings begin with brief introductions, then some breath work, centering, and 1-2 meditations which vary from week to week. Typically, the meditations use music, guided direction, and some quiet time too.
There is NO CHARGE for this weekly event, but all Love donations are welcome.
